If I stayed home everyday I would write about what I did the day before. Yesterday was Saturday, May 3rd I knew I needed to go get hair color for my appointment today and I also needed to go get my co-worker a gift. Her birthday is on Thursday.
However the little voice inside my head kept telling me to go to Richmond. I don’t like driving but the voice wouldn’t go away. I knew that I wanted to go Blicks Art supply store in Berkeley, CA so I told myself let’s do this. Richmond is where my brother David lives. His birthday is on Wednesday.
We took him to lunch after going to Blicks Art supply store. I picked up a few items that included Canvas. Oh boy! I’m going to start using acrylic again and learn to paint with oil.
When we got back our home town I stopped by the local Historical Museum for the Spring Art show. I visited a few friends craft tables and joined the local Art Association again.
I want to give away my beaded bracelets for a “like” on my Youtube, Instagram or TikTok pages. Of course you can also just buy one for $8.00.
Finally headed to Madison Reed to get my hair color. Then home. Where I couldn’t wait to take my shoes off and paint.
Today I want to add oil to this painting. I haven’t painted on canvas since 2018. Should be interesting.
