I’ve been working on adding a necklace to several bracelet and earring sets that I had already made. I have a few more to go until I can finally say task completed. When I decided to add necklaces I only used beads and a few charms. Now with these latest necklaces I want to add my stamped metal charms.
So, I already have the alphabet letters, lotus flower, heart, dragonfly metal stamps from playing with them in the past. I remember giving up because I just couldn’t get a good hard hit with the hammer to indent the stamp properly. Turns out I wasn’t using the right metal and hammer.
One issue to stamping for me is figuring out what “word” to stamp. Love, Joy, Peace are already a plenty. Ok my name but that works only for me. I kinda could use some ideas.
Now there are crystals that you can set on your metal stamps to jazz them up too! They come in many sizes, hmmm not sure about shapes.
Since today is Saturday I want to do a handbag drop off in town. I also want to get some throw rugs for my new kitchen floor. Perhaps I stop in my favorite craft supply store for inspiration. Have a lovable day.
