It is Friday night! I just got home from meeting up with friends at Bingo. But I didn’t have time to finish up my post. My eyes have been very weepy all week, what is in the air?
We went to lunch with co-workers and one of them just bought (he waited a few months for it to arrive) a Tesla. So finally he drove us to lunch. I was so excited they let me ride in the front.
I was fascinated by the larger than my laptop monitor screen in this car. The ride was smooth and the seats were comfortable. We went to our favorite restaurant in Walnut Creek, Kacha Thai Bistro. We started going there because parking is free. But the food is consistently good. I always order Pad See Ew vegetarian. After lunch we went to Starbucks and we all were afraid, we were like little children with food in his car.
On the ride back I sat in the backseat. I wanted the full effect of riding in a Tesla.
The monitor shows cars next to you and people walking in front of you. When you turn on the signal you get to see real time camera view of your surroundings. I want one. But don’t want to pay for it. He said Tesla dropped their prices back to when they first started selling them. He drove the freeway home so we could get the full effect of how fast this car goes from 0 to 60. whew, what a ride!
I told him, next time I want to drive! lol.
