Can I write everyday for a month starting now? Today is Monday April 10th. I just got home from work. I wonder if WordPress allows me to upload videos?

Yesterday I recorded a video Making a Necklace. I need to re-watch it and see if WordPress would let me upload a 30minute video to my website. I may just have to upload it to my youtube channel.
