After going through chemo (over a year ago) I am left with neuropathy in my hands and feet. I used CBD lotion to calm the tingling down. Lately I only needed the the lotion for my right foot; weakened from a previous injury that happened years ago.
But since I picked up my jewelry pliers my neuropathy is over active. I don’t know if I will be able to continue holding my pliers and twisting the silver wire to wrap beads into earrings, bracelets and pendants. Perhaps just taking a day off will help the tingling subside.
If you read my prior post I wrote about meeting my friend for lunch. After which she gave me her sister’s bracelet. I made this bracelet years ago and it needed mending. I said my thoughts out loud to my friend when she handed me the bracelet, “this is probably going to get me started again making jewelry. ” I could see myself holding the pliers and getting back into the groove. I wanted to erase the thought because I was enjoying the peace and serenity of water coloring faces that appeared on my water colored paper. So relaxing and fun to do while watching tv with my husband.
But before my friend and I parted she said I miss seeing FB posts of your jewelry. So since then, I’ve included my art with earrings I already had in my inventory on instagram posts that feed into my FB page.
Meeting with my friend sure did cause a chain reaction I came home and went into the “Bead room”. I’ve pulled out several pairs of earrings that I made with my cricut machine and refreshed them with hoops. My earring inventory to is large to add every single pair to this website. I’ve attached a picture of my friend sister’s bracelet. I didn’t have to add any more beads (good thing!) Love these beads wish I had more. I’ve put it away so next time my friend and I meet for lunch I can return it to her.
